Adjunct Associate Professor Darryl Turner (PhD)

EXERCISE PHYSIOLOGIST 

Darryl Turner (PhD) has a Doctorate in Exercise Physiology, has worked in the area of exercise rehabilitation for over 20 years and is very highly regarded in his field of exercise physiology.  

Darryl Turner owned and operated a highly regarded Rehabilitation Clinic aimed at delivering programs for people with chronic health conditions and age-related degenerative problems. 

He was responsible for rehabilitating hundreds of clients who suffered from a range of chronic injuries and health conditions including many cancer patients.

His last role was as Clinical Director for the Vario Wellness Clinic at Edith Cowan University where he not only directed operations of the Clinic but mentored up and coming exercise physiologists at the University.

Adjunct Associate Professor Turner is an endearing man who is just as comfortable talking to a group of doctors as he is to a young group of noisy students.  He is extremely passionate about his work whilst maintaining a light hearted approach to every day.
